We can ship to virtually any address in the world. All orders are carefully packaged and fully insured to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep.
Returns Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of receipt in an unused, re-sellable condition, including all original packaging and manufacturer labels. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a full refund (excluding any shipping fees).
Important: You are responsible for the item until it is successfully delivered back to us. Returns received outside the 15-day window or missing labels/packaging may be subject to a restocking fee.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, etc.), we will cover the return shipping cost (up to first class recorded delivery). Be sure to make a note on the returns form if you would like the postage cost reimbursed. There is no charge for sending the correct item.

All orders can be shipped directly to your address. For local buyers visiting our store, you are welcome to make in-person purchases. We are happy to package and deliver your purchase to your home or the address you specify.
